These Terms & Conditions apply to use of ggcustomcakes.com, GG Cakes order requests, and the GG Cakes Order Notifications text messaging program.
Website and Order Requests
Submitting a website request does not by itself guarantee availability, pricing, design acceptance, or a confirmed order. GG Cakes will review the request and may contact you for clarification, pricing, scheduling, deposit, pickup, or other information before an order is considered confirmed.
Custom Products
Custom cakes, cupcakes, and treats are made specifically for each order. Final appearance may vary from inspiration images because of size, materials, availability, artistic interpretation, food-safety requirements, and other practical considerations.
Deposits, Pickup, and Final Sale
Any required deposit must be received before an order is secured. Pickup is by the confirmed date and time. Customers are responsible for safe transportation after pickup. Custom food products are generally final sale after leaving GG Cakes, subject to applicable law and any specific written agreement for the order.
GG Cakes Order Notifications – SMS Terms
Program name: GG Cakes Order Notifications.
Program description: If the GG Cakes business owner or authorized staff expressly opt in, GG Cakes may send recurring operational text alerts about customer orders or order requests, including a new-order alert, order number, customer name, pickup date, or another message needed to review an incoming order. These messages are not marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency varies. The number of messages depends on your order activity and communication needs. Message and data rates may apply.
STOP: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from GG Cakes Order Notifications. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

Consent to receive text messages is voluntary. It is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, accessing GG Cakes administrative systems, or using other GG Cakes business services.

Your participation is also subject to our Privacy Policy, including our commitment not to share mobile numbers or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Messaging Availability
SMS delivery depends on mobile carriers, device availability, network conditions, and other systems outside GG Cakes' control. We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered or delivered immediately.
Acceptable Use

Unless otherwise indicated, GG Cakes website content, branding, original photographs, and original written material are owned by or used with permission by GG Cakes. Customer-submitted inspiration materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, GG Cakes is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website, third-party services, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date when appropriate.
